To secure your appointment, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required upon booking. The remaining payment will be due at your appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes late or fail to show up, I reserve the right to keep your deposit for the time I have set aside for you. I appreciate your understanding that everyone's time is valuable.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to run late for your appointment, but please be aware that I may need to reschedule if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. I will do my best to accommodate your service, but if it is necessary to reduce the length of the service, you will be charged the full amount of the original service booked. If your appointment must be canceled, your deposit will be non-refundable.
I do not offer refunds, as the appointment process is thorough and tailored to your needs. Your appointment is not rushed, and I will follow your feedback during the sample session to ensure the best possible result.
Please note that prices are subject to change at any time. However, clients who booked in advance before a rate change will not be affected by the updated pricing.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. If you forget or cancel without enough notice, I am unable to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. If you do not show up or cancel a same-day appointment, future appointments will require a 50% upfront payment.
CONFIRMATION E-MAIL REMINDER

I accept Visa and Mastercard for your deposit, as well as payment options including cash, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal for the procedure.
