BOOKING POLICIES
& CANCELLATIONS

DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due at your appointment. Please note, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, fail to show up, or do not provide at least 48 hours’ notice for a cancellation or reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited to account for the time reserved. I appreciate your understanding and respect for both our time.
LATE POLICY
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to run late for your appointment, but please be aware that I may need to reschedule if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. I will do my best to accommodate your service, but if it is necessary to reduce the length of the service, you will be charged the full amount of the original service booked. If your appointment must be canceled, your deposit will be non-refundable.
REFUND POLICY
I do not offer refunds, as the appointment process is thorough and tailored to your needs. Your appointment is not rushed, and I will follow your feedback during the sample session to ensure the best possible result.
PRICING
Please note that prices are subject to change at any time. However, clients who booked in advance before a rate change will not be affected by the updated pricing.
CANCELLATIONS
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you give less than 48 hours’ notice, don’t show up, or cancel on the same day, your $75 deposit will be forfeited, and a new $75 deposit will be required to rebook. Short-notice changes make it difficult to fill your spot, and other clients may miss the opportunity to book. While I understand that unexpected illness can happen, same-day cancellations are still subject to this policy. I appreciate your understanding and respect for the time I set aside just for you.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Please note that I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion. This includes situations where the client has not followed proper aftercare instructions from their initial session, which may compromise the results of a touch-up. I may also refuse service if the client has unrealistic expectations or is requesting a procedure that is not suitable for their skin or previous work. Additionally, I will not provide service to clients who exhibit disrespectful, inappropriate, or aggressive behavior; arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol; or repeatedly violate booking or rescheduling policies.
CONFIRMATION E-MAIL REMINDER
As part of my commitment to excellent service, I provide a courtesy reminder via email for your appointment. Nevertheless, it ultimately remains your responsibility to keep track of your appointment details to ensure a seamless experience.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
You can pay for the procedure using cash or Zelle, with no extra fees. If you choose to pay the deposit or procedure via card, there will be a $5 fee.
